Lower ground suites drylined and ready for skimming
Now in week 25 of the 34 week Phase 3 programme.
Structure:
- Roof covering to be completed this week;
- Scaffold will be dropped and rendering will commence shortly;
Internal:
- Lower ground floor – Plastering work is nearing completion. The second fix work, decoration and vinyl floor coverings will also commence shortly;
- Ground floor – Plastering work to be completed this week;
- First floor – Plastering work has commenced and is ongoing;
Externals:
- The external works are ongoing with the car parking, access roads, work to neighbouring properties and paving works to be carried out during the next 6 weeks.
