Care Home Open Day 19 June 2015

 

Our open day on Friday 19 June 2015 was a great success!

Mrs June Crowhurst, Chair of the Parish Council, came to open our family-friendly outdoor play area for visitors’ children  and we had lots of local visitors as well as our residents and relatives enjoying the sunshine with strawberry cream tea in the garden.  Children enjoyed “teddy bear picnic” fun, games and crafts.  We  also unveiled our new residents’ patio garden.   For those residents who preferred to stay indoors we had entertainment in the ground floor lounge.
