Today’s ADL is Safe Environment. Jane was assisted with her shower this morning. She had her bowels open. Emollient cream was applied to her back and legs. Ensured that her room was tidy and that there were no obstacles in her way.

Jane went to her room after lunch to watch television. Her daughter, Sarah, visited this afternoon. She brought Jane a plant for her room. Jane asked to have her supper on a tray in her room as she was feeling tired.
